Due Last Week

Due Last Week is a short indie horror experience where you play as Miles Kent, a struggling construction worker barely scraping by. With no money for streaming services, you find comfort in renting cheap VHS tapes from Reel Time Rentals, a run-down but familiar store you visit often.

Tonight feels different. You show up to return a tape, but the usual clerk, Donnie, is missing. Instead, a strange man named Chris is behind the register. He coldly reminds you that your tape was due last week, and knowing you're low on cash, he offers a way to "work off" the late fee, a few harmless chores like taking out the trash and helping customers while he takes a break. Stuff like that.

But something feels off. Conversations with the store’s late-night customers hint that Chris isn't just filling in for Donnie — he has a much darker plan. Chris intends to kill you and report you as a missing person.

Obey Chris'  demands, and stay sharp.
